Location and it’s proximity to Leicester Square, Piccadilly. Close to underground stations and plenty of restaurants. It’s also nice and quiet even though you are close to lively Leicester Square it is located in a good position to avoid noise.

It's the 4th time I stayed in this hotel. The location is perfect as it is exactly in Central London and all interesting venues are just a few meters away. The room was large (by London's standards) and the double bed was enormous and comfortable. Breakfast is good and staff is very welcoming as well. Highly recommended

The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped with tea, coffee, and biscuits, as well as a Nespresso machine, mini fridge, hairdryer, TV, and plenty of plug/USB sockets. The bathroom was spacious too, with a walk in shower and hair/shower gel products. Both the room and bathroom were very clean. We asked for a late check out and the gentleman on reception was very accommodating and made no additional charge for a couple of extra hours. Superb location, right on the edge of Trafalgar Square. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious comfortable room. We have stayed at 3 Thistle properties in London. They have all been excellent. The Trafalgar Thistle was in a great location and felt safe and clean. Property is convenient to Trafalgar Square, Picadilly Circus and Leicester Square. A 10 minute walk to Covent Garden.

The staff on arrival were polite and helpful. Our room was very clean, had all the basics. The breakfast was wonderful and fresh. On the second day I came back to our room to find a complimentary birthday cake left for me. I've never experienced that before so was very happy with my surprise. The restaurant was clean and the staff in the morning and evening were friendly and polite. Even checking out the staff were accommodating when we wanted to leave our bags in storage for the day. Also the location is literally next door to trafalgar square! Over all its one of the best hotel experiences I've had.

Central location between Trafalgar and Leicester Squares, yet on a small, quiet street. Comfortable bed, and power outlet next to it. Good water pressure in the shower.

The check in team were fantastic and allowed us to store our luggage before we could check in so we could go and explore the city. When we did check in the team were very helpful. Check out was equally as fantastic and smooth and the team were very welcoming and fast. The room was the perfect size for myself and my two friends who were staying overnight. The sheets were crisp and the room was very clean, with a lovely little area for tea and coffee making. The bathroom was small but very nice, and the shower was really good. Even the free toiletries smelled good - in other places I have stayed I felt they smelled like washing up soap! Despite being so close to Trafalgar Square, it was relatively quiet and we all had a great nights sleep after exploring the city. Thanks for a great stay.

Nice rooms, plenty of space. Dressing robes and slippers included. Great location, just about 5 mins away from Piccadilly, you can see the start of Chinatown from the outside of the hotel. Literally right round the corner from Leicester Square. For proximity and a nice comfortable room close to the center it was great.

Lovely room and a very comfy bed. We had a great night's sleep. Loved the view from our windows. And the location was perfect for our theatre trip in the evening and shopping in the daytime. Very close to Leicester Square but not noisy and close enough to Covent Garden and not too far a walk to Oxford Street or Picadilly. The staff were really helpful and friendly and efficient as well. Really loved our stay and will look to book again on future trips.
